REFUND POLICY

All credits will be valid for 12 months for your Company, credits may be used by any

employee of the company. The credit may be used for either seminar training or for the

equipment calibrations.

 

In case of hurricane or other uncontrollable circumstances, either a full refund or credit

is offered for up to 12 months.

 

Full refunds are only available if OTS cancels the class and the rescheduled class will

not fit the students schedule, OR a credit is offered for the next 12 months. Either a Full

credit or refund is offered if the participant cancels greater than 7 days of the scheduled

class. A full credit or a partial refund of 75% is given if the attendee cancels the course

with 7 days or less, but greater than 3 calendar days (168 to 72 hours) from the

scheduled class. 50% Credit is given if you cancel the class less than 3 calendar days

(72 hours) from the date of the scheduled class.

 

There is no refund or credits offered for no shows.
