Service Description

Prerequisite for this class is that they have completed and have a valid Nuclear Radiation Safety Certificate. OTS Recommends Humboldt Mfg. for the Online Radiation Safety Course https://www.humboldtscientific.com/training.html#online-rsc *They must pass a hands on proficiency test, they have two attempts to pass this test. *They must pass a written exam, it is a closed book exam and they have up to 2 hours to complete it. Course, Written Exam, Proficiency Exam and Manual: $475 PACKAGE DEAL If you have a speedy, scale, concrete air meter, roll-a-meter or slump cone that needs calibrated and they leave it with me overnight (first night of the course), I will calibrate it with a 10% discount. Manuals and Exams are included in the cost of the course at no additional cost. If the attendee wants the manual mailed to them greater than 7 days in advance, there is an additional charge of $12.99 for shipping fees. If they forget the manual for the class, there is a $40 replacement fee. ​ OTS is not responsible for any accommodations or meals; however coffee and water is provided during the courses.
